Please allow 1-5 business days for order preparation. We are please to offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to meet your delivery needs. When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.
Exchanges + Returns
Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you purchase meets the highest standards. If for any reason you change your mind or you need a different size you can easily return the item(s) within 14 days from receiving your order (this window is extended around the holidays).
Each product should be returned in its original condition, unworn or altered. Bottom wear on shoes will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this criteria. If you received incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately.
For exchanges or returns for store credit, we will offer a prepaid return shipping label. However, if you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, your return will be subject to return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please carefully review your color and size selections when exchanging items, as exchanges cannot be canceled once placed.
